Kubota u17-3a is ideal for excavating small to medium sites and is most suitable for land clearing before other projects can start. Its retractable tracks mean that access can be obtained through standard size gateways. It is perfect for land grading for making a level base for works in the future. Accompanying use of the dumper means materials can easily be moved to your desired location.

The digger can easily remove vegetation, stones, sticks and other unwanted debris from your land. When vegetation has grown out of control and its just not practical to use garden tools, the digger can produce much faster results and save a lot of time. Hedges and shrubs are particularly difficult to tackle with normal tools and these can be cleared and disposed off very effectively.

Commonly I am asked to clear and demolish small structures like sheds, wooden buildings and unused and neglected structures in various states of disrepair.
